I have not been able to get the Roma Pass online to accept my credit card order. Tried both Mastercard and Visa, get reject message from Bankpass Web Customer Care
SIServizi S.p.A. stating payment has NOT been authorized. Anybody else have this problem and knows what I'm doing wrong ? I called Mastercard and they didn't see record of declined transaction.

Call again and make sure they don't have a foreign transaction block o your account. My understanding is the Roma Pass can be picked up form a lot of places in Rome if you don't manage to get it before you leave.

Yeah, I wouldn't worry about it. you can get the RomaPass all over town, including the huge info center right at the train station. I used a Visa there with no problem to get my RomaPass. I think I even saw the RomaPass sign in a little Tabacchi shop and stuff like that.
