I've been trying to buy advance to print at home for the Colosseum Rome and also for Borghese. I did enter 2 different credit cards one is Chase Visa and the other one is CIBC Visa.
It always declines my purchase.
Did anyone of one had this problem?

Did you notify your credit card company that you were going to make a purchase from Rome? Could be that they have declined it.
That's the first thing that I would check.

Did that 3 days ago and they said I should be able to buy online with my Visa. Will have to contact them again today.

I've yet to notify Chase that I'm traveling and have purchased at least 5-7 tickets online with my Visa.

Finally contacted them and they flagged all my transactions for Italy. Now I'm good to buy my advance tickets.
