I have booked several tickets on trenitalia (from the US) but the venice to florence leg will just not show up. What am I missing? Does anyone know if there is there a problem? Thanks very much

The first question to ask. What are your dates? It is possible that the schedule is not loaded.

Frank - thanks for responding.
I'm trying to book May 26 - so I can't imagine the problem. Also, only the other Florence station comes up - not Novella - is that common? The last few days I can't seem to get to the page where the mini fares are listed - the website said they were working on it on Friday - so, idk.

Yvonda - are you using Italian city spellings venezia, firenze on web site trenitalia.com? I am seeing a full schedule of trains for May 26.

okay - i finally found the correct station(Novella) in Florence - I think that was the reason I couldn't find the cheaper fare - but I still don't see any options - smart/mini - just the 19 euro fare from Venice S Lucia. I booked a ticket just a few weeks ago and the page looked different - there was a drop down box which allowed me to choose which fare - perhaps there are no mini fares - but it looks different. thanks guys!
