How can I trust the website? They ask for my credit card to fill it out on the form because they do not have credit card online on their website. The website is www.venicewaterlimousine.com
How can I check it out if it is not fraud?

If you're not comfortable about it, you could instead take a vaporetto to Piazzale Roma, and then the #5 bus to the airport. The vaporetti start their regular schedule (every 10-12 min) ~5:00 a.m. The buses are quite frequent.

As long as you have a reasonable amount of luggage, using of the vap. to Piazzale Roma and the # 5 bus to the airport is very easy and inexpensive. Piece of cake really. If you do feel the need to take a water taxi, surely the hotel is familiar with a reliable one they can contact for you. Perhaps you can email the hotel and see if that's a possibility.

I'll second Tim's recommendation for www.motoscafivenezia.it, we have found them to be very reliable. Some travelers have had problems with Venice Links.

Thank you so much. I contacted them. They said it is only 30 mins to transfer from Rialto to VCE airport. My flight is 10:55 am. What time should they should pick us up from Rialto Market?

If you don't want to book the water taxi in advance, your hotel can book it for you when you're in Venice. We used a private water taxi for our transfer from the airport to our hotel & I paid in the terminal before leaving the airport and then we used another private water taxi to transfer from our hotel to Piazzale Roma where we picked up our rental car and our hotel contacted them and requested the pick-up for us.
