Our group of 6 have a 6 am flight and are looking to book private vehicle to get us there. Does anyone have a service they have used successfully?

I believe this is the service I used a few years ago, but can't remember the details.....

They have larger vehicles available, which would be suitable for a group of six with luggage. You'll have to contact them for details and prices.
Using a couple of taxis is also an option, as its not that far. You would probably have to get your hotel to pre-arrange those for that time of the morning.

Linate is 20 minutes away from central Milan, I have never paid more than 30 euro for a cab.
The day before your flight home just ask your hotel to book a couple of cabs. Why paying more?
