Hello All,
I've found some private tour operators in Sorrento that will drive you on a tour of your own design.
We want to combine visiting the ruins of Pompeii with a trip to ancestral town of San Gennaro Vesuviano.
San Gennaro is 1hr 15min from Sorrento and you have to go through Pompeii to get there.
Has anyone done something like this?
Any recommendations of a private tour company/driver from Sorrento?

Francesco Marrapese is a wonderful driver/guide. He consistently gets great reviews & Trip Advisor's excellence award every year. We used him for a day trip along the Amalfi coast & then for a transfer to Naples. His English is excellent, he is very professional & has a great sense of humor. He is very informative as well & uses an IPad to enhance the experience. You can google his name to get his web-site but book in advance with him. Have a great trip.
