Private Road Trip - Group of 10-14 - Starting from Rome - Need Info Private Tour Driver/Guide

Hello

We are a group of 10-14 people vacationing in Italy this summer.
I have been unable to find companies (also in Trip Advisor) that would recommend companies that offer a mini-bus with Driver/Guide.
What am I missing ?
Just got back from an Iceland trip - Had a Driver-come-Guide with 2017 Mercedes Sprinter that seats 15.
He was with us throughout our stay and paid him by day as opposed to Per person/perTour.

I would try Rome in Limo. http://www.romeinlimo.com/
We used them twice for two different Italian cruise ports. To say that they were fantastic would be an understatement. From their website, it looks like they offer multi-day tours as well.
