I answered a question in a private response (Why? I don't know. Just thought I'd try it as I am relatively new to the Helpline.) Anyways, I have received a private response and I do not know how to retrieve it. Please help. From now on, I will stick to public responses as that is the whole idea of this message board, isn't it?!

Go to "My Profile" and you can acccess it there. (It's not obvious- it took me awhile to figure that one out.)

I've had the same question. How do find "My profile"? I don't remember ever seeing it.

Duane, "My Profile" is on the page you are viewing right now. Just look to the upper right next to the "Sign In" or "Sign Out" area.

You must "sign in" before "My Profile" will show up. When you are not signed in, its place is taken by "Register."

Also when you log on Your Profile will have a small message next to it that will say, "New message". Also you can set your profile to notify your email whenever you get a new private message. Ver convenient and farily straight forward.
