Hi! Going to Italy in May on honeymoon. Going to spend the day in Matera and looking for recommendations on a local guide that does private tours. We would like to get the most of Matera and will be driving there from Oatuni and not staying the night. Any suggestions on Matera are welcome. Thanks!

Hi Dan,
We stayed several days and during that time, took a tour with young Vito in his Calessino APE (top-down of course). He is an excellent guide and his tour was fun. He has a few APE tour competitors there in Matera. As for a full-day guide, dunno, maybe other travelers here could better inform you about that.
