We will be in Rome for a week next April. We have been there before and have toured all of the main attractions. However, this trip we would like a private tour at night to see all the sights. I have checked out commercial companies and they are very expensive. About 200euros. Maybe someone knows a student or someone who would be willing to drives us around for about 3 hours. There are two of us.

Check out roninrome.com; he's an American living there. Used to be very active on this board; gave private tours, don't know if he still does. They were highly rated by participants who gave feedback on this board.

We had a fabulous tour with Ron and ended up spending time with he and his wife in 2008. We have kept in contact with him from time to time and I recall they were moving to somewhere else in Europe or back to the states this summer. I wish he would stay until we can get back there for another tour with him!

We will be there at the end of the month and have already booked a tour with Federica
D'Orazio(sp?). I saw her name on this site and in an RS book. 50 euro and hour for 3 of us. She has been very good with her communication.
