Does anyone have recommendations for a private guide for the Coloseum and Forum? What rates are typical?

Sonia Tavoletta, [email protected]. She does a fantastic job. 50-55 Euros/hour is the going rate for a private guide, Be sure to visit the Palatine Hill, too. Often overlooked but incredible history and beauty.

I would highly recommend Francesca Caruso, as she's an exceptional guide. She's very popular so it's a good idea to book well in advance.
