Rick probably has suggestions in his book, doesn't he? Or ask at your hotel, someone's brother or cousin is always available to drive and narrate

Yes - there are many recommendations in the RS Florence book.
We also did TWO group tours with WalkAboutFlorence - we did their BEST OF TUSCANY TOUR and CHIANTI WINE & FOOD SAFARI TOUR. Both excellent. Their website has lots of details and photos and it's easy to book on their site.
