I suggest you contact Ivano at https://olivetreehill.com/ He has what was the #1 B&B in the Rome area, and he's located 20 miles south in Zagarolo.
We stayed with Ivano and Thierry on one trip, and he is a fantastic tourguide. Ivano is famous for his midnight tours of Rome when there are few people around and when the city's famous tourists site are well lit up. He took us to and picked us up at the Zagarolo station where we caught a commuter train into the city. He also can cook for your at his B&B.
On Easter, Ivano took us to the top of a 1500' mountain close by, and we walked down 2500 year old walking paths to the city of Palestrina. There's a museum and pagan temple there to see. Most travelers to Rome don't realize there's so many fabulous tourist sites to visit in the suburbs.
