We are looking into possible private car services to pick us up at the Milan Airport (we arrive in the evening) and delivering us to our rental in Bellinzona, Switzerland. Can anyone recommend a car service we should look into? Thank you.

Can't help with the exact question, but Google Maps shows that it's 107 km from Milan Malpensa to the center of Bellinzona, about 1.5 hours by car and there are tolls along the way. I'd expect you'd at least be charged for the round trip and maybe for an overnight for the driver, depending on what time you actually leave the airport. If you're going any time soon, the trip will likely be after dark. Too bad. It looks like it would be a pretty drive. Hope it all works out for you.

Are you aware that there is actually a direct train from Malpensa to Bellinzona? See www.sbb.ch
Tickets for that train you just buy at the airport.
Once in Bellinzona I hope your rental comes with the Ticino ticket, as that allows you to travel freely around the whole canton.
