Private driver recommendations

I am looking for private driver recommendations from FCO to Rome hotel. My friend is traveling with another female on their first trip to Italy. I don't have my book with me here at work, so thought the forum experts could help her out. Thanks!

There will be a line of taxis for this type of drive no matter the hour she arrives and believe it is a set fare to city hotels so I imagine the option that makes the most sense.
