Private chef/sous chef staff recommendations in Umbria

Hey travelers,
We have a family group of 20 renting a lovely villa in Umbria in May 2020 (7 nights) for a special occasion. (Location near Perugia). We have spent time in the region at numerous times before.

The owners of the villa are very accommodating to offer their suggestions; however, we would like to entertain more than one alternative---see what has worked well for others, and compare pricing and flexibility, before we make our final selection.

Searching for recommendations for creative and english-speaking kitchen staff others have employed who would help us by:
-- light lunch duties (for those not venturing our away from the villa during the day)
-- helping plan the dinner menu (suggesting seasonal ingredients, etc)
-- doing the daily grocery/market shopping (primarily for the dinner meal at the villa)
-- food/meal prep (leading us in cooking and explanation of the dinner meal)
-- light kitchen clean duties

Ideally 5 weekdays (1:00-9:00pm)
We are a fun foodie group that looks forward to an outgoing local (or two) to help us experience the wonderful foods of Umbria!
Thank you so much for your thoughts

Bit out of my travel style, but one would think that the agency renting the villa would be aware of services like this.

Other than that, I suggest you narrow the location down a bit, Umbria is a good size region, whoever you hire would need to be near the villa, not a long commute each day.

You might also look to see if somebody runs cooking classes nearby, maybe they would be willing to devote the week to you, what you are asking is essentially a cooking class.

You might contact Anne Robichaud of Anne’s Italy. She lives in Umbria and gives tours as well as cooking classes. Well connected.
