Private Car Transfer (Naples to Sorrento)

Can anyone recommend a private car transfer service or company to take from Naples to Sorrento in May? If you could provide contact info that would be wonderful! Thanks!

I have also booked with the company referenced above. They emailed me back within a few minutes.

70 Euro is a good price. From Naples Centrale station to our B&B in Sorrento we were charged 95 Euro. Regardless, it's worth every penny with bags.

I've asked my hotel to make those connections for me. They should have a vested interest in the quality of service. Last year the car was late picking me up so I missed my train to Rome. Next thing I know, the car is taking me to Rome. It cost me just a tip to the driver. Yep, my hotel took good care of me!

I used Aldo Limos, based in Sorrento, for the round trip from Naples to Sorrento on an Amalfi visit a few years ago, and got excellent service. The driver met us inside the Naples train station and gave us a great intro to the area on the drive to Sorrento. Another driver picked us up a few days later for the return trip. They’re at aldolimos.com.

We used Sorrento Silver Star for a direct transfer from the Naples Airport to our hotel on Via Capo in Sorrento in March 2017. There were three of us and the cost was 110 Euro. Their service was excellent, and all arrangements were made by email about 2 months prior to our departure date. We also used SSS for a private transfer from our hotel in Sorrento to Napoli Centrale train station, with stops at Pompeii (2-hour guided tour and lunch) and Herculaneum (1.5 hours on our own) along the way. I would use them again.

We also used Aldo Limos and thought they were fantastic.

We used Angelo of Angelodriver: http://www.angelodriver.com/

He picked up my husband at the airport and drove him to our hotel in Sorrento. (My husband and I were on different flights and he came in late at night, otherwise he could have taken the bus.). Angelo was reasonable, prompt and personable.

Enjoy your trip.

kg,

You might also have a look at Monetti Taxi, which is listed in the guidebooks. I believe they've been featured in some of the RS shows on PBS.
