Hello Friends, We would like to go to Cinque Terre in December. Many people have discouraged us from going at that time of year. However, my husband recently heard about the Presepe in Manarola that begins on December 8th. Evidently there are nativity scenes and beautiful lights. I would like to learn more about this to determine if it was worth the trek to CT/Manarola for Presepe in December. Thank you!

The main problem with visiting the Cinque Terre in December is that many of hotels, restaurants and other tourist businesses will be closed for the season. There may still be a few open, but I don't know which ones those are?
