in 2017 I took my daughter, Siena Marie to the Palio in Siena and the Airbnb arranged dinner in our Contrada the night before. I am trying to get tickets for the dinner in July 2022. Does anyone know how I can get them?

In my opinion everybody is waiting to know what is happening with Covid. Nobody want to arrange activities so far in the future when opening and gathering is still so uncertain. Is possible that next Summer we can enjoy any kind of activity and even the Palio with all surrounding events will be played, but probably you don't find tickets for race or dinners since next Spring.
In any case, looking for "Palio Siena ticket" there are several local travel agencies who sold the tickets in the past: you can enquire them to have more reliable details.
