If we pre-buy our tickets to the Galleria dell'Accademia, are we stuck with the time slot? There is only 1 ticket available for all time slots until 11:15. I'd love to be able to get to the gallery earlier. If we buy one ticket for 9:15am and one for 10:15am can we both visit the museum at 9:15? Or even earlier?

It depends, sometimes you can get in earlier but that's not a sure thing. If there are many visitors, the guards may stick to the time schedule. If it's really important to get in at the earlier time, check a broker site (I use Select Italy) to see if they have one ticket available at the earlier time.
