I understand with the Roma pass, the first two sites are free and the rest with a discount, so if I have pre booked a time and paid for the ticket into the Borghese Gallery, will they refund my ticket cost if I show them the Roma pass?

When you call to reserve -- and you MUST call if using a Roma Pass -- they will just give you a res number. When you pick up your tickets you show the Roma Pass and pay a small reservation fee.

If you have already purchased entry tickets,and paid for them the borghese gallery will not reimburse you. If you've only made a reservation you can use your romapass when you get there for entry. If you need to book other sites or tours and are using the pass you'll need to call each site when making the reservation and let them know you Lready have entry tickets in the form of the romapass. I would doubt that if you have bought and paid for tickets the Borghese would refund them in the light of another reservation made for the Roma Pass. What did the place say when you bought the original tickets? Have you telephoned the Borghese to make your Roma Pass reservations? What did they say?
