We are staying in Positiano and have hired a driver to take us to the surrounding cities. We are already visiting Ravello (we've been there before) but was wondering if we should visit Praiano or Minori/Maiori? What are your thoughts?
We are not interested in sunbathing at any beaches (we can do that here). We like wine tasting, eating and a little bit of shopping.
If you have visited these cities which one would you choose?
The best pastries in Italy are in Minori at Sal de Riso.
Second Chaini, just the visual as you walk in are amazing 😋 You could probably do Minori and Maiori, both are small towns.
Can I ask for your info on your driver. I am going to Poisitano in 3 weeks and have been looking to find a short (4 hour or so) tour or area we can go for food/wine tasting etc.
We stayed in Minori for 2 nights last March and ate at Sal de Riso several times. It’s not fancy, but right across from the beach and has great views. They also have a good apertivo. I have not been to Priano, but it has been recommended to me by several Italian friends.
We've either driven or taken the ferry. And visited Minori and Maiori.

Minori has the lovely bakery right across from the promenade and the sea. It’s quiet and relaxing.
