So we are almost done our planning with a little (a lot) of help from my friends here! We need a place for 5 nights in Praiano. Apartment, or hotel is fine. Must have a balcony with sea views. We prefer to stick to $150/Euro night. I am also gluten free and if you have suggestions for restaurants or markets, please feel free to share them here.

I cannot specifically help you with Praiano but have you tried a booking site like Booking.com or Homeaway.com where you can plug in your desires (balcony, view, price) and get an idea of what might be available? Combine that with what responses you get here.
As to gluten free eating, Italy is one of the most sensitive places to dietary issues. Tell your waiter “Senza glutine, per favore” (SEN-za GLUE-tin-ay) and they will take care of you. Even pasta is available. If you end up at a B&B or hotel where breakfast is included, let them know in advance of your arrival.
