Is there anyone who has found a tour of this town. I would like to go there, but do not want to rent a car. Any tours that I have been looking at do not include Volterre, although they do go all around the area. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You can day trip to Volterra by bus from either Florence or Siena. It's about 2 hours each way. Buses arrive very near the town center and it's an easy town to tour on your own. There have been prior discussions about the bus schedules. Try a search using the box at upper right of this page.
