When we leave Positano we are planning on taken a car service to Naples Airport and drive to Tuscany....keeping the car for 4 days and returning it at the airport in Florence. Any thoughts?

why not train to somewhere like Florence and then get the car? Why drive all the way if you're on vacation? And for that matter, if you get a car/driver in Florence you may not need to rent at all.

If by Tuscany you mean Florence, you don't need a car. If you rent one stay somewhere in the countryside or a smaller town.
Instead of going all the way to Naples to rent a car, why don't you pick up the car in Sorrento, which is much closer. In your shoes I would go to Sorrento by bus to pickup the car then drive back to the Positano hotel to pick up the rest of the party and the luggage and from there I would drive to Tuscany. Don't let people scare you about the curvy road to Positano. That road isn't any worse than the ones you will encounter in Tuscany.

We are staying in Radda for 4 nights...so we do want the car in Tuscany and will not need the car in Florence. And I would rather pay for a car service to wherever we rent the car. Do not want to take the bus.
is it easy to leave from the Naples airport"? Is that a good location to rent the car? We do really want to drive to Tuscany....we need the car.
