Hello, I am traveling from Naples - taking a ferry to Capri - staying the night and then taking a ferry from Capri to Positano for a few nights. I am a little concerned about my options from Positano to Naples (as we are taking the train to Rome from Naples. Would anyone have a recommendation on means of travel from Positano to Naples? Thank you!

Take the SITA bus - or a taxi if you prefer - from Positano to Sorrento. From Sorrento, take the Circumvesuviana local train right to Naples Centrale station. The SITA bus station in Sorrento is right by the Circumvesuviana train station.

Do what Tom says above this is what my family did also .The Sita bus,ferry, the local train it was all an adventure
