Positano-Amalfi-Capri-

Heading to Italy next week with a friend. I heard from a friend about a calamari fishing day he did---I am not finding anything online.
Any suggestions?
Also, thoughts on the best cooking class in Positano?
Lastly, thoughts on hiring a boat and heading to Capri VS. doing more of low key ferry there?
Is one day enough?

One day is enough.

we hired a boat. In doing so we saw the entire island, took in the grottos, and swam in the Med near the pillars. We docked at the main marina and toured the island on foot. Take a cab from docks to town, it is a long hike uphill otherwise.

Great fun but not inexpensive. We had 4 couples though
