I want to choose 2 tours to go to from florence but i have no idea what to choose , Can you please help???
Portofino & San Fruttuoso Full-Day Tour
Cinque Terra Hiking Day Trip
Giglio and Giannutri Islands Day
Assisi, Perugia and Cortona
I was thinking Portofina and Cinque Terra Tours but I am afraid that they will be similar and we loose interest in the second tour.

Since this is just an opinion question I would not pick those 2 tours.
While the areas are different, there are similarities and they would both be really long days from Florence and are the same direction so you would be repeating much of the drives.
Pick one of the coast and mix that with the Assisi, Perugia, Cortona
That one will give you a medieval hill town vibe, which would be a cool change of pace.
If interested in hiking and views go with the Cinque Terre, if you just want to see the sea, relax, shop, go with Portofino
I would pick the Cinque Terre one, the Portofino does not sound as interesting to me. The islands tour would be nice I imagine but only choose that if you want a boat ride and an island excursion as part of your trip.
Either way any of these trips seem like dawn to dusk all out trips that will leave you tired so would not take 2 of these on unless you also have down days in the plans for your stay in Florence.
