We would like to spend a few hours at the Porta Portese flea market on the Sunday morning we are in Rome. Looks like the Metro to Piramide station gets us close. Is there a bridge across the river there and can we connect with a bus or is it walkable from the station?

Thanks for the tip Roberto. Looks like we can grab the #8 at Largo Argentina. Where should we get off - or does the #8 go right past the flea market?

It’s near the building of the MINISTERO DELLA PUBBLICA ISTRUZIONE (Ministry of Public Education). Get off there and walk on Via Porta Portese to the market (5 min).
