This is the strangest thing! It only works on my chrome app on my phone, but not on my personal laptop, nor my work-issued laptop. Firefox, Edge, and Chrome won't work on the laptops. Very strange.

Hmmm. I'm using Safari 17.5 on my Macbook Air with no issues. Wish I had some bright ideas for you but I'm a complete knob when it comes to tech stuff. Maybe some folks who are NOT complete tech knobs will be along shortly with suggestions.

Clear all the cache from your devices, similar to cookies, and then reboot your devices. I always clear my browsing history every few days. It’s better for the memory. Been doing it for 40 years. Hope that helps. I visited rhe website in Safari, DuckDuckGo and Brave (don’t use Chrome or any google products) and it works fine.
