Pompeii and Almalfi Coast?

Our family of four used Monetti taxi 17 for a private tour last summer from Praiano traveling to Pompeii and then along the Almalfi coast with a lunch stop in Ravello. It was a long day, but a lot of fun. I think they charged 250E. It was a very nice air conditioned van and he would stop for photos when I asked. Hi Erin, from where will you be leaving?

From Rome. My group and I were hoping to do both Pompeii and Amalfi Coast in one day- possibly leave early, see pompeii in the morning and the coast in the afternoon/evening. We would rather not drive since we did that in Ireland and didn't find it very relaxing. We were hoping there was a trusted group that did day trips/excursions to these areas. Size of the tour doesn't matter.

I'm looking for the exact same thing! So far, all i have found are private taxis/drivers for a very large price. I have been looking for a group tour instead, hoping that it would cut down on price and have the benefit of not having to find my way around the area. Let me know if you find one!

Limousine Service. This will not be a tour into Pompeii, but tours can be arranged there. However, we all used the audio guides and found them useful. (the kids loved listening to them)
