Or, if you don't want a tour package, but are looking for itinerary advice and daily activity planning, as well as city transportation advice and restaurant suggestions, may I suggest the Rick Steves Rome guidebook.

I thought about that, but I dont know how much it will cost delivery, customs, and for how long it will take to arrive in my country (Serbia), because I never shop online from abroad...

This section on Rome should be helpful. Explore it thoroughly, especially the Plan part.

Is this your first trip to Europe? When are you going? Are you only going to Rome? Do you have a full 6-7 days there (as in 7 nights provides 6 days or 8 nights provides 7 days) to see everything? Those days/nights should not include the day you arrive or the day you leave. Answers to these questions will definitely affect how you make your plan for visiting the city.

Be aware that you may not be able to see all the things you want to see when you want to see them for any number of reasons. You may have to adjust you expectations and make some tradeoffs.

For example, going to Pompeii from Rome is a very long day trip. You may decide that you'd rather not spend 12+ hours going to Pompeii. This day trip is just one example of the many that are offered.

Edited to add: now that we know where you are from, some of what I said above will not be relevant.

I am going in september, and we will come at monday morning and come back to another monday morning. I am in dilemma maybe to forget on Pompeii because we will lost whole day, and better to see Ostia Antica, because it is clouser to Rome and I think its almoust the same as Pompeii, but only Pompeii are famous...

If you only have a short time in Rome, definitely visit Ostia Antica instead of going all the way to Pompeii. If you have a smart phone or tablet, you can always purchase Rick’s guides in ebook form. Also download his app. There are many excellent guided tours of Roman sights available n the app and it’s free. Also read through posts on this forum to purchase tickets from official websites so you don’t have to wait in lines. If you do want to travel to Tivoli, my choice would be to visit the Villa d’Este rather than Hadrian’s Villa. The Villa is interesting but the grounds, fountains and water feats are amazing.
