Most European hotels have "double" beds that are actually 2 twins pushed together.
You might try emailing the property for clarification on their beds.

Use Booking.com to research- you don't have to book with them if you'd rather book directly
Set the filters to your budget, beds, area, etc and you should get a lot of results. Read the review there as they are legit0 can only be posted by folks who have actually stayed on property.
To book at property just search for their own website.

A forum favorite is Hotel Smeraldo- while not exactly AT Piazza Navonna it is walking distance. That area is so compact anywhere between Pantheon, P Navonna and Campo de'iFori would be close enough to be "Piazza Navonna"

Another way to search is Google Maps. Locate Piazza Navonna- then click on "Nearby Hotels"

ETA- If you look thru the photo on the Hotel Portoghesi website you can see a room with 2 twins pushed together.

We stayed here for 5 nights last year. It overlooks Piazza Navona. It was a fabulous place. Prices vary so you’d have to see if it works for your dates. Breakfast was either delivered to the room or you could choose to eat on their roof balcony, overlooking Piazza Navona. There is an elevator.
