Planning a trip to Tuscany, Amalfi Coast & Cinque Terre

Looking for advice on planning our itinerary. Is it realistic to cover these locations in a 2 week period?
Other than flying into Rome - we have been, but I wouldn't mind visiting Florence.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Fly into Naples

Curreri Viaggi bus to Sorrento.

Base in Sorrento provides easy access to AC and Naples areas.

Circumvesuvian or Ferry to Naples, train to Orvieto.

Pick up car in Orvieto, drive to Tuscany.

Drive to La Spezia, drop car, train to village of your choice.

Train to Pisa

Fly out of Pisa.

If you need lodging recommendations have some great ones.

Thanks so much......
How long for AC? I believe we could visit Pompei then.
We would appreciate lodging suggestions for 4 adults there.
From Tuscany I 'm thinking we could visit the Cinque Terre.
Again, thanks!!!!!!

How long on the AC or in Sorrento (good base) depends on what you want to see. One day Naples, one day Pompeii, one day for the AC drive at a minimum. We spent a week in Sorrento and did not run out of things to do although it was December and we didn't even try for Ischia or Capri! We like Hotel Antiche Mura, but maybe 4 people would prefer an apartment. Try VRBO.

"Tuscany" is a big area so more specificity would help. Florence or elsewhere? The Cinque Terre as a day trip does not leave you much time to enjoy it. In a two week trip, can you set aside 3 nights for the CT? Drive to La Spezia and drop your car there before enjoying the CT.
