Hi, we are planning a 1month trip in June 2023. We want to stay in 1 location- rent an apartment. We are looking for an area near the coast, not too many tourists, with rail service to take day trips to areas in Tuscany and North. We do not want to rent a car. We are also interested in experiencing the local culture. Any advice on a location that meets these criteria? Thanks
