Plane to ferry: enough time?

I will be flying into Naples, landing at 14:45 and heading on to Capri. The next ferry leaves at 16:00. We plan to have carry-on luggage. Will we have enough time to get to the marina for that departure? The next one is at 17:10.

Also, would it be better to purchase the ferry ticket online or should I wait and buy at the marina?

Probably not. There are several lines that go to Capri so I'd just go to the dock and buy tickets for the next one that is leaving when you get there.
