in late september, my husband and i will be spending a 2nd week in italy in puglia (1st week in campania). we'd like to find a place to stay that is actually in the town/center of martina franca and we're looking for recommendations that are based on recent stays. i've found a bed and breakfast that looks nice called "savito b and b" but not a lot of info (at least not in english). anybody know anything about it? other places in town people can recommend?

It gets 9.3 out of a possible 10 based on 7 reviews on booking.com. Those reviews are done only by people who've actually stayed there.

We spent three nights in Martina Franca this past April at the Rococo Albergo Diffuso, which appeared to be an elegant hotel, but we were led off the premises to a private accomodation which was not all that great except for the location which couldn't have been better right in the center of town. The staff, however, was very helpful (although Italian spoken only).
