Try Palazzo Olivia apartments in the Piazza Navona area. The location & apartments are great. Rates are reasonable too. They have different sized apartments so you can select one that works for you. http://www.palazzo-olivia.it/

I have stayed at VRBO's 215521 and 336305, both in the same building (overlooking Campo dei Fiori) and managed by the same woman. Both apartments were great and any problems are handled immediately.
