place to stay in Monterosso, C.T. - Pensione Agavi?

Has anyone stayed at the Pensione Agavi in Monterosso, C.T.? Anything I should know good or bad? I'm looking for a place very close to the train station since we have to be there at 6:30 a.m. I need some suggestions!!
