I'm looking for a place to stay for two nights in the town of Vieste, Italy. Would like it to be quaint, more mom and popish (B&B perhaps)with a "sea view" for around $100-120/night. Is this possible, and if so, any suggestions???...hope I'm not asking for too much! Shelly

I'd suggest you have a look at www.hotelseggio.it/index.php (be sure to watch the video on their website). The Hotel is very comfortable and distinctive, has sea view rooms and the staff are wonderful.

I've only stayed at the Hotel Seggio, so that's the only one I can offer first hand comments on.

OR do a Google search of "Vieste Hotels" (seven were shown with a Map when I checked).
The Gargano peninsula is not as well travelled as other parts of Italy, so there aren't as many Hotel reviews yet.
