We took a fun 1/2 day pizza & gelato making class in October with Giorgio Pinto at florencefoodstudio.com in Oltrarno. It can also be booked through Eating Europe Florence. There were only 3 of us in our class, it was great. We have our own pizza oven, have been making our own dough, sauce etc for years, but we learned a lot from Giorgio. The gelato was fun & easy too. The food studio is beautiful. We enjoyed eating our pizzas and gelato at with some beer & wine at the conclusion of the class.
