I am going to buy a combo ticket for the Pizza Del Duomo. The ticket I am looking at covers the Dome, the Bell Tower, Baptistry, Museum and Santa Reparata. I need to book a specific time for the Dome climb. My question is if I book my Dome time for late in the afternoon, can I get into the other monuments prior that? Also, are there typically lines to wait in to get into each of the various monuments?

I think you can do the rest first. There are lines to enter the cathedral and also to enter the baptistery (although generally not as long) but it also depends when you are going. In winter lines are short.
One more note: Pizza del Duomo, or better Pizzeria del Duomo, is a pizzeria where they serve pizza. You probably meant PIAZZA (with an extra 'a'), which means Square or Place.
