PIT at FCO still accessible?

I ordered our Roma passes over the internet to pick up at the airport. Ron in Rome says that terminal C (international arrivals) is undergoing renovation. Is the tourist info at terminal C (where we are supposed to pick up the passes) in a location we can get to? I checked terminal maps but was unable to locate the PIT. Sorry, I tried this on the transportation board but no luck.
