Typing the journey into the Trenitalia website, it shows a journey of under an hour for most departure times from Pisa airport to Lucca. You'd need to make 1 change at Pisa Centrale.
People Mover shuttle from Pisa Aeroporto > Pisa Centrale (8 minutes) > Lucca by regionale train (approx. 30 minutes depending on your departure time).
From Lucca to FLR- frequent trains, most requiring one change to SMN station in Florence. Then bus, tram or taxi to the airport.
From Lucca to Florence airport these are the options, in order of increasing time of travel.
1. Drive on the A11 freeway to Florence. The freeway ends at the airport. (Less than 1 hour).
2. Take a private transfer car (limo service). Same travel time as above. The cost is approximately €120-130€
3. Take the DD bus from Lucca to Florence. The bus travels on the same A11 freeway above and the first stop is at the Florence airport. (Approx. 1 hour). Timetable is here: https://www.at-bus.it/en/linee-e-orari/regionali-dd
4. Take a train to Florence, and get off at either FIRENZE RIFREDI or FIRENZE SANTA MARIA NOVELLA (RIFREDI station comes first and is closer to the airport). From the station you selected take a taxi to the airport. From the FIRENZE SMN station there is also a light rail tramway (T2 line) that can take you to the airport for just 1.70€. However if you have a lot of luggage maybe a taxi is more convenient. Total time of travel (train+taxi or tramway) is 2+ hours. For train timetables refer to the Trenitalia website suggested above. There are no trains going to the FLR airport, only a light rail tramway (in case you were mislead by the previous comment).
