I need to pick-up some hiking sticks once I arrive in Pisa and having trouble finding an outdoor (RIE-esk) store through normal internet searches. Anyone know first hand?

....and I should have added; I'm looking for something in the main core of town from train to tower, as we will be on-foot.

Professional hiking sticks or any sticks will do?
If any sticks will do, I'm sure you can find a stick in the woods wherever you decide to hike.
If you want professional sticks they aren't exactly cheap and they are sold in Sports goods stores.
Campobase store will certainly have sticks, but I don't know if it's conveniently located for you.
Just google NEGOZIO DI ARTICOLI SPORTIVI or NEGOZIO TREKKING in Pisa and I'm sure many stores will come up.

Decathlon are all over Europe, and are pretty reliable and inexpensive - they have a location near Pisa but unfortunately not in the city.
