Planning on hopping over to Budapest ( Wizz Air) for a few days at the end of our Italy vacation. The order of cities ( Florence, CT, Sienna, Rome) is not set in stone.
Would one airport be more advantagacious to fly out of?

Not sure I understand the question. If in Rome use the Rome airport and if in Pisa use Pisa. Which airports does Wizz use?

Frank is correct; where do you want to leave from? I've flown Wizz Air to Budapest a few times from FCO - love Wizz Air and wish they flew more routes. If you're in Pisa, your flights may be limited to two days a week in the off-season. In Rome, the flights leave daily - so your options out of Pisa will be more limited. Just depends on where and when you want to start or finish your trip.

I am not sure if we are going to begin our trip in Florence or Rome. If we start in Rome then we would fly out of Pisa to Budapest. If we begin our vacation in Florence then we would fly out of Rome. Wizz Air has great rates from both cities to Budapest.

What I meant to ask is...If one of the airports would be much easier to fly out of ( to Budapest ) I would arrange my trip to end at that airport. My thinking was that since Pisa is smaller than Rome, maybe it easier.
