Pisa, Cinque Terre, Cortona itineray review?

Doe this seem like an itinerary that would not be too rushed? Fly from USA to London and stay three nights. Then fly to Venice and stay three nights then fly to Pisa and stay over one night and ,the next day take the train to Cinque Terre and visit for the day, come back to Pisa and stay over night, the next day rent a car from the Pisa airport and drive through Tuscany to Cortona, spend 3 nights then drive back to Pisa airport and probably need to spend the night, then fly to Paris for three nights before flying back to USA.
Does this make sense? Is it too rushed? Would the driving at least be on smaller roads and less traffic?
ANy suggestions?

Flying from Venice to Pisa? It's a 3,5 hr train ride without all the hassle of check-in, security, luggage belts, getting to and from an airport, and all the rest.

Three nights each in London and Paris would be far too few, and I count 3 overnight stays in Pisa, which I'm not sure you need at all. I'd say, 6 nights in either London or Paris, not both unless you can squeeze out the time - fly to Pisa, take train to CT same day, spend two nights (what time of year is this trip? Will CT work at all?) Rent car at La Spezia to drive to Cortona, stay however many days, turn in car in Arezzo, train to Venice, stay remainder of trip, fly home from Venice.

Why do you want to stay in Pisa? Most people spend a couple of hours there, not days.

I would spend 4 nights in London and 4 nights in Paris. 3 nights would give you only a couple of full days.
There are no flights from Venice to Pisa, only trains. You can stop in Pisa for a couple of hours before heading to the Cinque Terre. From Venice to Cinque Terre you likely need to change trains in Florence and Pisa anyway. No need to spend the night in Pisa.
If this were my trip I would fly to Pisa from London. Visit Pisa for 2 hours, then proceed by train to Cinque Terre (spend 2 nights max). Rent a car in La Spezia and drive to Cortona. Spend your 3 nights there.
From Cortona you could drive to Venice and return the car upon arrival. You could also return the car in Arezzo and go to Venice by train (your choice, either way it's about 3-3.5 hour trip from Cortona).
After visiting Venice for 3 nights, fly to Paris and spend your 4 nights there.
If you don't have all these nights available, cut some of your destinations.
