We would like to take the high speed train from Pisa Centrale to Rome Airport Fiumicino.
Is this a possibility or do we need to take the train from Pisa Centrale to Roma Termini and then take the Leonardo Express to the Fiumicino Rome Airport?

There is no direct train from Pisa Centrale to Fiumicino. You will need to change trains at least once, depending on the solution you select.
Use Trenitalia's website, and select from PISA CENTRALE to FIUMICINO AEROPORTO, at the date and time desired.
Then see all your options.

No, we will be arriving at the airport for a pick up for a booked tour.
