I've read through both Rick Steves' Cinque Terre book and Tuscany book but can't find a recommendation for a van transport from the Pisa Airport to Monterosso al Mare. I see the shuttle to train station and train to Monterosso, but there are five of us and we'll have had a long trip from San Francisco to Pisa with a layover in Frankfurt, so an airport pick-up in Pisa would be nice. I had trouble with an online booking for a car transport I made in Frankfurt last year because of a long line at passport control in Frankfurt, so even though the plane arrival was on-time the driver left us in a lurch, and we had to figure out a way to get from the airport to Bacharach. I have no experience with Pisa, but once bitten twice shy as they say. Does anyone know a reliable transport that will take five people, five international sized-small suitcases, one guitar and carry-on back packs? Thank you.

We've used Airports Shuttle Express (https://www.airports-shuttle-express.com) several times, including once for the same route you're asking about... except we went in the reverse direction, being picked up at Monterosso Hotel and driven to Pisa Airport. Have always had a good experience with them being on time, knowledgable drivers, etc.

No personal experience, but have seen it suggested in the past on this forum.
Shows a cost of ~$500 for 5 from Pisa to Monterosso. ( 7 passenger van) At least a bench mark on what cost might be, for a van big enough for you and your stuff.
