Ok - so I bought the Uffizi Tickets - now Exactly Where do I pick up the tickets and Exactly Where is the
line to get in (Sorry, but it's a big place) Thanks!

You should have received a voucher via email - it will probably have directions on where to pick up tickets, but there is also a separate line at the entrance to the museum for advance-purchase ticket-holders, where you will exchange your voucher for the tickets. You still go through the security line, but it moves pretty quickly.

I just found this info on Uffizi.org (not official website)
At the Uffizi, you pick up your pre-booked tickets at Gate #3, then go to Gate #2 to enter the museum.

It's just in the opposite building to the main entrance itself. As u walk from towards the river the room with the ticket counter is on your right. There is a board stating for tickets with prior reservation so it shouldn't be confusing.
